About me and my therapy practice

Hello, my name is Sheryl, and I am a BACP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor practicing in North West London, and online. I also offer walk and talk therapy in the serene setting of Hampstead Heath.

I work with adults, couples, and adolescents, providing a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can bring your worries, explore your thoughts, share your feelings, and be heard with compassion and empathy.

I specialise in areas such as abuse, addiction, bereavement, trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, divorce, self-harm, suicidal ideation, sexual and gender identity, OCD, ASD, and ADHD.

How I can help

As an Integrative therapist, I draw on several person-centred therapeutic approaches, allowing me to adapt to each individual and their evolving needs.

I am here to listen, to witness, to hold space, and to help you make sense of your life experiences.

Through recognising patterns and learning new ways to respond to triggers, my hope is that therapy helps foster self-compassion, resilience, and personal growth.

What to expect

I offer a free 15-minute online consultation to discuss your needs and potential session times.

I work one-on-one with adults and young people experiencing a range of challenges stemming from current or past experiences, including family history. I provide both short-term counselling (6–12 weeks) and long-term therapy, with regular reviews to assess your progress and evolving needs. Sessions are available in person, online, or as walk and talk therapy in Hampstead Heath.
